1. How is a
bike assembled when I order it online and have it shipped?
Does it come fully assembled?
When a bike is shipped it comes 70% assembled. Everything is
assembled except the peddles, front tire, and the
handle bar.
2. I ordered
parts/bikes online how long will it take for them to be delivered?
Depending on where you live, delivery dates vary. Every order
takes at least two days to get through the warehouse. National
delivery ranges from 1-6 working days after the order has been
processed. Out of the country delivery also varies and may
take up to 10 days to be delivered. Shipping charges vary as
well due to the type of shipping such as ground, 2 day air,
etc. Keep in mind that our staff is always trying their best
to process your orders quickly as possible so that your product is received
at your desired request.
3. If I were
to purchase the spinning wheels for my bike would they fit?
Depending on the type of bike you have the spinning wheels will
fit. If your bike has a free hand brake system the deuce
spinning wheels will fit your bike. However, if your bike does
not have a free hand brake system and is a regular lowrider bike it
is best you use Aztlan Spinning Wheels.
4. I want to
order a bike, but prior to submitting my order it does not show me
how much shipping costs? Where can I find this information?
Shipping is calculated after you hit the continue button.
Hitting the continue button will not process your order, but will
show how much shipping will cost for the many selections UPS has to
offer such as Ground Shipping, Three Day Air, etc. After the
shipping cost is shown there is another button which will continue
the ordering process. Your order will not be processed
unless you hit the "Submit Secured Order".
